Welcome to the Kubota Image Tools Affiliate Program, a place where you can earn money for the sweet words (or clicks, for that matter!) you pass on about us!

We firmly believe that developing relationships with folks like you is a key to everyone's success. We know you're working hard for your clients, but many of you are also working hard to help other photographers develop a strong photography business of their own, and that deserves some applause! If you're out speaking, leading workshops, and spreading the news about our products, we want to pass on the "Thank You" in a tangible way.

Our affiliate program has a competitive commission payout of 15%*, it's FREE all the way around, and we have a dedicated program management team to help you maximize your commissions.

*Books and SpeedKeys offer 5% commission.

We have a fully automated affiliate system for you to access 24 hours a day. Go grab some affiliate banners and load them onto your blog and/or website. Change your banners at your every whim; how you display them, and which ones you display is completely up to you! When a user clicks on one of your banners they'll be brought to our store, and any purchase they make is tracked and your commissions are recorded by our shopping cart. At the beginning of each month we process payments and you'll receive a check if your commissions meet the qualifying amount. (Paypal or bank wire payments are available upon written request and require approval. Paypal and bank fees apply.)

APPLICATION PROCESS

Joining the Kubota Affiliate Program is free and easy.

To apply, please follow these 3 simple steps:

1. Complete the Kubota Affiliate Application Form.
2. Read, print, sign, and send us the Kubota Affiliate Agreement and a W-9 Tax Form. (These forms are necessary in order for us to release your commissions.)
3. Once your application is approved you can log into your account and start using the links and banners provided.

FAQs

How does the Kubota affiliate program work?: As an affiliate, you direct sales to our Kubota Image Tools Store via your website and blog using custom banners we provide to you. These banners have html built into them so that our shopping cart can track click-throughs and purchases using cookies and record your commissions. When a referral registers on our site and makes a purchase within that 21-day period, your commission is recorded.
How do I qualify to become an affiliate?: We determine eligibility by reviewing your website, blog, workshop schedule (if applicable), customer history, and the information you provide on your application about how you will market the products. Usually it goes: if you use it and love it, you can sell it. Sales are best made when genuine, right? We think so, too.
What does it cost me?: Nothing, of course! It's free to be an affiliate.
How do I get started?: It's super easy to get going. Complete and submit your application. Your application will generally be approved within one business week of submission. Once you're approved, you'll have full access to our affiliate site and you can begin using your custom banners and links to direct traffic to our store.
What tools does Kubota provide to help me?: We have a fully automated affiliate system available 24 hours a day where you can create links, grab and post banners, review statistics of your performance, track sales, and view products you've sold. We also provide an excitable and dedicated staff to cheer you on and help you succeed.
Where can I find banner ads to use on my site?: After approval, simply login to your affiliate account and click 'Links & Banners' to get started!
What payment methods are available?: All affiliates are paid by check. If you would like to be paid via Paypal or bank wire, please email us your request. Paypal fees and bank fees apply and will be deducted from your commission payment.
How often will I be paid?: We pay affiliates who have achieved the minimum payout level at the beginning of each month. If during any period you haven't reached the minimum payout level, your earnings will carry forward to the next pay period.
What's the minimum payout?: You must accumulate a minimum of $100 or more to be paid in any given period. When you have accumulated the minimum payout amount, a payout will be issued automatically the following month.
Do I need to request a payout?: No. Once you reach the minimum payout level, a check will be processed at the beginning of the following month.
What if my bank information changes?: If you have been approved to receive payment by Paypal or bank wire, please notify us immediately so that your payment is not delayed. It is your responsibility to notify us. If we do not have correct Paypal or bank information, your payment could be delayed.
How do I update my account information?: Just login to your account and click 'Modify Profile'.
